Even though it only made Get Wet as a bonus track, Krewella and Gareth Emery’s “Lights & Thunder” was still one of the standout tunes from the trio’s debut album. Now, the song is getting a Melbourne-infused makeover from one of the hottest artists at the moment, Deorro. The young producer gave his Vine followers a 7-second preview of the track back in December, but this new rip from his guest mix on Danny Howard’s BBC Radio 1’s Dance Anthems provides a much better look into his latest remix. According to a Facebook post from Deorro, “Those sounds in my lights and thunder remix drop are 90% my voice”, which should leave listeners even more impressed.
