Robert Delong – Global Concepts (Tommie Sunshine & Live City Remix)

It was just a matter of time before a track of Robert DeLong’s received the big time remix treatment. Raised in Seattle, DeLong has been working hard and as those who have seen him perform live can attest, is a musical genius. “Global Concepts” is included on DeLong’s debut album, Just Movement, that was released earlier this year. Tommie Sunshine is known for his incredible remixes, and with help from Live City, this remix does not disappoint. Heavy percussion is plentiful in the track, along with a calming piano melody to accompany DeLong’s vocals. The buildups are mesmerizing,  leading to a drop with a bass line guaranteed to control the crowd. In Tommie Sunshine’s words, “after seeing Delong perform live earlier this year at Ultra Music Festival I knew we had to remix this”. The release date is unknown at the moment, but listen below and keep an eye out for the release!
